Cancel Or Change A Subscription.
If you signed up for a recurring TI Baseball program — Weekly 1-on-1, Monday Night Monthly, or the Academy — you can cancel or update payment any time. There are two easy ways.
Manage Through Stripe.
Open the secure Stripe customer portal. Enter the email you used at checkout — Stripe will email you a one-time login link. Once you're in, you can cancel, update your card, change billing info, or download past receipts. No account or password to remember.
Open Stripe PortalOr Send Coach An Email.
Prefer a human? Tell Coach the athlete's name and which program you'd like to cancel. He'll confirm by reply and the next charge won't run.
Email CoachWhat happens when you cancel
- You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- No further charges will run after that.
- You can re-enroll any time from the Programs page.
